Age: For the Teen Group camp the young person must be between the ages of 12 and 17 years old for the duration of their stay.
*Young people with serious convictions/cautions will not be accepted.
For the One to One camp young people must be between the ages of 12 and 21 years old.
Attitude: Young people must view the camp as an opportunity and be at least willing to attend, engage and fully participate.
Medical: Teencamps-UK are not able to accept young people with medical issues that require hospitalisation or young people with a history of mental health issues which have resulted in hospitalisation.
Minimum number of places required to run a Group Camp: There must be a minimum of 2 young people accepted for a camp to proceed.
All UK group programmes are held in North Wales and run from Sunday to Saturday inclusive (unless otherwise stated).

If you are successful in your application then the full cost of the camp must be made within 48 hours of the place being offered.
If you are unable to make full payment at this time but would like to reserve your offered place then we will accept a £500.00 reservation fee*.
*Please note that this reservation fee is non refundable.
The balance must be paid, in full , 3 weeks before the start date of the camp (unless the camp is due to commence within 3 weeks whereby full payment must made).
Our Dismissal Policy
Teencamps-UK is a safe environment for your young person and therefore we reserve the right to remove any young person whose actions create a safety risk, impedes the operation of the camp, or puts at risk the safety of staff, volunteers or other young people on the camp.
Violence and threats of violence will not be tolerated and are causes for dismissal.
Any Criminal activity (if involving the Police or not) is a cause for dismissal.
Other dismissal offenses can include (but are not limited to) lewd behaviour, use of alcohol and/or use of illegal drugs.
In the event of any of the above it will be the responsibility of the parent(s)/guardian(s) to arrange to collect the young person as soon as possible after they have been notified of the offence.
Please be aware that by submitting our online Reservation form you are agreeing to pay for the programme in full and in agreeing to our terms and conditions you are entering into a contract with Teencamps-UK.
It is the parent(s)/guardian(s) responsibility to be at the advised pick up/ drop off location at the time agreed.
If you wish to cancel the reserved place then you have a right to do so within 14 calendar days from the contract date and you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please note that camps booked and paid for within 30 days of the camp commencing will not be entitled to a refund.
If we change or cancel your programme.
Please note: we reserve the right to cancel your programme if we feel it is necessary to do so.
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your camp arrangements,
occasionally however, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at
any time. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your arrangements.
However, we will not cancel your camp arrangements less than 5 days before your
programme date, except for reasons of adverse weather, illness and mechanical breakdown
where we will offer you a full refund.
For Legal reasons, Parents/ Guardians will be required to sign an electronic Consent form and return this to us, by email only, before a young person is able to attend a camp. If we do not receive the form then your child will NOT be able to attend the camp.
If Teencamps-UK have to cancel for reasons outside of our control, we will advise you
as soon as possible and will offer you a full refund.
Teencamps-UK reserves the right to determine which young people we feel will benefit
from attending a camp within our terms and conditions.
Teencamps-UK may change any aspect of this site or its content, including the availability
of any features, information, price or other content, at any time without notice.
The information and prices on this site are not 'live' and are updated from time to time.
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all information and prices but, regrettably,
